- Oversaw development, accreditation, and implementation of real-time web-based Data Collection and Scheduling Tool (Web App), reducing scheduling staff by 67% with savings of over $2M a year.
- Supervised Certification and Accreditation of legacy computer network and established Information Assurance Manager position, ensuring compliance with all information assurance directives.
